What we collect
When you fill out our contact form or email us, we receive the information you choose to send, such as your name, company, email address, phone number, USDOT number and message. Our hosting provider also keeps standard technical logs, such as IP addresses and browser types, to keep the site running and secure. This site does not use advertising cookies.
How we use it
We use the information you send only to reply to you, to discuss our services, and to provide services you sign up for. If you give us a USDOT number, we may look up your fleet's public safety records to prepare for our conversation.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the business, such as our website host and email provider, and only as needed for them to do that work. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
Client records
Records we handle for clients, such as driver qualification files and testing records, are covered by our agreement with each client and are kept confidential.
Your choices
You can ask us to tell you what information we have about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Email joe@pretripsafety.com and we'll take care of it.
