How it works

From a first call to audit-ready, step by step.

We start by looking at the record FMCSA already has on your fleet. Then we fix what's broken and keep it from breaking again.

  1. Day 1

    A short intro call

We talk for about 15 minutes about your fleet, your drivers, and what's worrying you. Before the call, we'll already have looked at your public inspection history, so the conversation is about your actual record.

  2. First two weeks

A review of your safety record

We pull your inspection history, estimate where you stand in each BASIC, and go through your driver files and a sample of your logs. You get a ranked fix list showing which problems matter most, the regulation behind each one, and any violations worth challenging through DataQs.

  3. First month

    Onboarding

We set up tracking for every driver file, connect to the ELD records you already keep, and enroll your drivers in our partner consortium if you need a testing program. We start on the fix list right away, beginning with the items an investigator would look at first.

  4. Every week and every month

    Ongoing compliance work

We review logs on a regular schedule, keep driver files current, run Clearinghouse queries, and watch for expiring documents. Every month you get a short report on where your scores stand and what needs your attention.

  5. When it counts

    Audit support

If you get a warning letter or a notice of investigation, contact us right away. Because your records have been kept up all along, preparing is a matter of days, not weeks of scrambling.

What we need from you

  • Your USDOT number and a list of current drivers.
  • Access to your existing driver files, whether paper or digital.
  • Read access to your ELD records, or regular exports.
  • One person on your team who can answer questions and sign off on decisions.
  • A heads-up when you hire a driver or a driver leaves.

What you get

  • A ranked fix list after the first review.
  • Complete, current driver qualification files.
  • Regular log reviews with driver coaching notes.
  • A managed drug and alcohol testing program.
  • A monthly report on your scores and next priorities.
  • One point of contact who knows your fleet.

Behind the scenes

Software does the tracking. People make the calls.

We built our own tools to pull FMCSA data, read driver documents, and flag log problems, so nothing slips through and the routine work gets done quickly. Every finding is checked by a person before it reaches you, and anything that needs judgment is handled by someone who knows the regulations.

That's how we can watch your record every month instead of once a year.
